Office XYZ is a virtual office platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage virtual workspaces
• Collaborate with AI agents
• Work together with team members in a gamified environment

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Upload malicious code or content

6. AI Agents

Our AI agents are tools designed to assist you. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content
• AI agents should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human oversight

7. Payment and Billing

Some features of the Service may require payment. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and compliance
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFICE.XYZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
