At Office XYZ, we want you to be satisfied with our service. Payments for Office XYZ are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

2. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our payment processor Paddle directly or email us at billing@office.xyz.

Paddle, as our merchant of record, processes all refund requests in accordance with their consumer terms.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by emailing billing@office.xyz. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• After the period ends, your data will be retained for 30 days

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email billing@office.xyz with subject "Refund Request"
• Include your account email and order number
• Your request will be processed by Paddle within 5-10 business days

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. For more information, please refer to Paddle's consumer terms.
